Contact Reflex Analysis (CRA)

Contact Reflex Analysis is taught to many health practitioners all over the world and tests points on the body we call reflex points using Kinesiology or muscle testing to determine the strength or weakness of a single point. Contact Reflex Analysismeasures the body's own bioelectricity to determine the need of a particular area


The body works hard to stay balanced. When it has a need, it sends its own electricity to these areas of need and the related reflex is "turned on" by this bioelectricity. This uses the body's much needed energy that would not be necessary to use if the body was healthy and in balance. The reflexes are scanned using kinesiology. This means a reflex is found by testing the extended arm against resistance. When a reflex is active or electrical, the previously strong arm can not resist the downward pressure. Each person is evaluated the same way.

CRA is a bridge between your physical body, your spiritual body and your emotional body.
